APAQ Group was incorporated in Singapore, establishing its mission to drive innovation in air quality management across the region.
Implemented an extensive environmental sensor network supporting the first national research project on integrated urban environmental simulation in Singapore.
Successfully provided tailored environmental monitoring systems for major global clients, including ExxonMobil, Shell, and JG Summit.
Led research project on cool paint with world’s largest micro-climate sensor network for public housing estate’s Urban Heat Island (UHI) mitigation.
2023
Implemented Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and compact roadside system as part of Singapore’s national air quality monitoring network.
Looking forward
Building capacity and creating value for clients, actively innovating through research and tailoring product development and solutioning for the regional market.
2024
Marked a new chapter of global presence and collaboration, with the establishment of a subsidiary in Jakarta and APAQ Group’s acquisition by ENVEA.

Regional
Director
Attilio is a renowned air quality scientist with over 20 years in the field and 35+ scientific publications. He's led national and regional projects, managing teams across borders while remaining hands-on with modeling, emission inventories, and compliance. In Southeast Asia, he’s directed projects in sectors like mining, chemicals, and power.
Muhammad Syahmeer
Head of Projects
Syahmeer is a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years in systems integration. He leads in project and people management, overseeing traffic, security, and meteorological projects. Syahmeer also serves as APAQ’s Management Representative, implementing ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BizSAFE Star standards.
Galuh Wahju
Country Director (Indonesia)
Galuh comes from a distinct background as an architect, with extensive project management experience on urban development and residential, commercial real estate projects. Her skills in managing large-scale, complex projects and her dedication led to her being entrusted to lead the APAQ team in Indonesia.
Kent Tie
Regional Sales Manager
Kent is a sales professional with 10 years + in gas analysis solution of emission monitoring and process monitoring for various industries. In his past sales experience, he led the sales and channel partners in driving the business growth of the assigned territory in SEA.
Joseph Deng Mao
Head of Business Development
Joseph leads regional partnerships and market development. Joseph has both government and private sector working experience on a wide range of environmental projects spanning air quality, climate change, groundwater/soil remediation, industrial emissions and pollution control systems.
Sommai Ridkrajai
Chief Representative Officer (Thailand)
Sommai is a sales manager with over 15 years of experience in air quality, emissions monitoring, and for industries and environmental engineering projects. She has proven expertise in sales strategy, CRM, budgeting, and technical presentations, and is skilled in leading teams, supporting distributors and driving growth.
Chew Chia Weei
Head of Technical Area
Chia Weei is dedicated to sustainability and reducing human environmental impacts. He has 10+ years managing local and international environmental projects covering air quality, emissions, and climate effects. He specializes in planning, training, and data collection for monitoring stations.
Hanzel Lalitan
Senior Environmental Engineer
Specializing in Air Quality and Weather Monitoring, Air Dispersion Modelling (ADM), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Environmental Monitoring and Management Plans (EMMP), Hanzel has experience since 2017 leading environmental projects across diverse sectors in Singapore and the region.
