MIR9000

The MIR 9000 is the most popular ENVEA extractive multi-gas analyzer, being used in all type of industries and compliant with all regulations worldwide. 

MIR9000 is a Multi-Gas NDIR-GFC analyzer (Non-Dispersive Infrared Gas Filter Correlation) measuring up to ten gases simultaneously, including Nitrogen Oxide (NO), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), even Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) and Hydrogen Fluoride (HF).

MIR9000 uses cold-dry sampling with a permeation-based SEC box. It offers high performance for corrosive gas sample, and provides long-term operation cost savings for extended sample line distance without heating requirement.

The MIR 9000 multi-gas CEMS offer compliance with EU Regulation IED (WID / LCPD / MCP directive) BREF Incineration, US EPA (40 CFR 60 & 75)
- QAL 1 certified by the TÜV and the MCERTs to EN 15267

MIR9000e NDIR-GFC Analyser

Eco-designed, ultra-compact, smart & connected instrument, the MIR 9000e is your next tool to measure combustion exhaust gas from boiler, or gas from different industrial furnaces and process applications. 

The MIR 9000e is a new generation of gas monitors, which benefits from a unique eco-design expertise. The MIR 9000e is capable of measuring up to 8 components, depending on your selection. NOx, SO2, CO, CH4 and N2O are measured by the Non-Dispersive Infrared Gas Filter Correlation method (NDIR-GFC), while O2 is measured by a built-in zirconia sensor (or paramagnetic cell upon request). Eco-designed, the gas monitor utilizes the most recent optical and electronic technologies offering increased precision and robustness, while requiring only limited maintenance.

The multi-gas monitor meets the highest International and European standards, such as the EN 15267 and has been tested and certified in accordance with the “TUV Approved” Guidelines of the TÜV Rheinland Group.
QAL 1 certified by TÜV according to EN 15267-1 (2009), EN 15267i2 (2009), EN 15267-3 (2007) and EN 14181 (2014).

MIR-FT FTIR Analyser

MIR-FT is a FTIR analyzer in a turnkey cabinet for the measurement of up to 50 parameters, to be selected according to the application. MCERTs certified.

Based on the FTIR technology (Fourier Transform Infrared) for simultaneous measurement of: HCl, HF, NH3, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, CO, CH4, TOC, H2O, CO2, O2…

MIR-FT needs to be installed with 180°C heated sample line / measurement cell (in association with HOFI sampling system according to the application), ensuring no sample loss or composition changes. It is Ideal for measuring trace concentrations in wet, corrosive gas streams, such as waste incineration plants.

LAS 5000XD Cross Duct TDLS Analyser

The In-Situ TDLS gas analyzer has been designed for meeting the requirements of a large range of CEMS and Process applications.

LAS 5000XD uses Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy (TDLS) and comes in various models for measuring parameters such as NH3 + H2O, HF, CO + CO2, O2, HCl + H2O, etc.
It combines robustness, fast response time (1 s) and high accuracy measurement in harsh environments (ready for Ex Zone II).
